Well, what can I say about this program? To me it appears they have expanded and taken on too much. They have absorbed a few other programs and the merge has not been pleasant. Multiple affiliate accounts are left open and then suddenly closed without notice to the affiliate. The transfer of players and sub-affiliates can then not be checked because the affiliate is not able to access the old accounts. The affiliate managers make promises that are then not kept by others in the organisation. Buck passing happens when things get difficult and they pass problems around with no-one appearing to be reponsible for solving them. Other affiliates have also experienced major difficulties with the poker revenues and based on what I've read, there is no way I would promote their poker rooms. Plenty of other Playtech programs around without the hassles incurred with this one.
This program has now made it onto the Worst Affiliate Programs page.
